Job Title: Associate Attorney (Family Law)

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Family Law team in Warwick, RI. As a key member of our team, you will provide legal assistance and representation to clients in matters related to matrimonial and family law.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle a caseload of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and pre/post-nuptial agreements
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on family law matters
  • Negotiate settlements and draft agreements on behalf of clients
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Rhode Island Bar is required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing family law
  • Knowledge and experience in matrimonial and family law, including divorce litigation, child custody, and pre/post-nuptial agreements
