Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide exceptional care to seniors in the New Kent/Sandston, VA area.

As a caregiver with Senior Helpers, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support to seniors
  • Assisting with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Managing medication schedules and reminders
  • Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
  • Performing light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Assisting with transportation to medical appointments and other outings
  • Monitoring health and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals or family members

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid CNA license or PCA/HHA certification, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license. You should also be comfortable working in homes with pets and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
