Job Type: Full-time Hourly Position with a pay range of $13.50-$15.50 DOE, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Maintain and enhance the landscaping, gardens, and other outdoor areas.
  • Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems, including valves, controllers, piping, and spray heads.
  • Ensure the upkeep of parking lots, walkways, and entrances, including snow and ice management as necessary.
  • Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations in all work activities.

Qualifications

  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures and confined spaces.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A valid, unrestricted driver's license is required, with the ability to maintain company insurance standards.
