Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain Oracle databases and cloud environments
  • Perform upgrades and installs during non-production hours
  • Provide third-level support for database issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure database systems meet business requirements
  • Develop and implement database solutions to improve system performance and efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in database administration, with a focus on Oracle databases
  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle database components and configuration files
  • Proficient in SQL language, including DDL and DML
  • Ability to troubleshoot database issues, including performance issues
  • Knowledge of SQLNet and configuration files
  • Proficient in Linux/AIX or another UNIX Operating System
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with WebLogic
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud (OCI) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Experience with Reports and Discover
