Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at PCE, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on all plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Repair and Maintenance: Perform emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment to support production.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, as well as electromechanical systems.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop other personnel on troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Quality and Safety: Comply with ISO guidelines, OSHA Safety and Health regulations, and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
  • Technical Skills: Access and program PLC logic, fabricate metal parts and tools, and perform evaluations and analyses.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office software, good basic math skills, and good mechanical aptitude.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently, lift and carry 50 pounds frequently, and work at various heights.
  • Education: Associate degree in a technical school or 4 years of experience, with at least 7 years of experience in high-volume production/manufacturing facility equipment maintenance.
