**Job Summary:**
As a Local City Driver, you will be responsible for driving freight between company terminals and customer facilities or work sites within a defined geographic area. You will ensure that freight is delivered in a claims-free and cost-efficient manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Drive tractor trailers to deliver and pick up customer freight
* Sort, handle, load, and unload freight at various company and customer locations
* Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
* Follow established pre-trip, post-trip, freight handling, and billing procedures
* Conduct inspections by following established safety and quality control procedures
* Retain and maintain records, forms, and load-related paperwork
* Serve as the first point-of-contact for delivery-related issues

**Requirements:**
* Class A commercial driver's license
* Safe motor vehicle report and applicable endorsements, including hazmat, tankers, doubles, and triples
* 1+ years of tractor trailer driving experience
* Experience operating a forklift and pallet jack
* Ability to lift and move objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights
