About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role in our daily school life as an Aftercare Counselor. Your responsibilities include supervising elementary students during various activities such as indoor and outdoor play, arts and crafts, and snack times, fostering a safe and educational environment.

This role is crucial for maintaining our standard of care and education outside regular school hours, helping students to build relationships, and becoming a key member of our educational community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise students during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
  2. Assist students with homework and educational activities, providing guidance and supervision.
  3. Plan and execute engaging after-school activities, including arts and crafts, games, and outdoor play.
  4. Collaborate with the school team to enhance the student experience and foster a positive learning environment.
