Front Desk Associate

Job Overview:

Blink Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet every member and guest with a smile and a warm welcome
• Tour potential members around the club to showcase our facilities and services
• Answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Execute all opening and closing operational procedures to ensure the club runs smoothly
• Handle member requests and concerns with a sense of urgency and empathy
• Participate in maintaining a clean and organized club environment
• Sign members up for startup sessions with our personal trainers
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic and energetic personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and 45 lbs occasionally
• Able to remain in a stationary position at the front desk for the majority of the workday
• World-class customer service skills
• Ability to work hard, multitask, and problem-solve
• Passion for the Blink Fitness brand
