Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mentorship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized reintegration plans, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing emotional support and guidance to help them navigate their reintegration journey.
  • Collaborate with clients to create and implement personalized reintegration plans, setting achievable goals and objectives.
  • Provide regular check-ins and progress updates to clients, ensuring they stay on track and address any challenges or concerns.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Document all interactions and progress updates, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health and addiction support.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in mental health or addiction support, preferably in a case management or coaching role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex situations.
  • CPR certification and valid driver's license (with a clean driving record).
