Product Management Leader

LaSalle Network is seeking a seasoned Product Management Leader to spearhead the development and execution of innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will define, build, and deliver products that align with our company's overall strategy.

  • Develop and articulate a compelling product vision, goals, and roadmap in alignment with our company's objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Translate customer needs and business goals into detailed product specifications and user stories.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines features, enhancements, and releases.
  • Balance short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals, adapting the roadmap as needed based on market shifts and business priorities.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to drive the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Provide clear product specifications, wireframes, and prototypes to guide development efforts.
  • Champion a user-centered design approach, advocating for the best possible user experience throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continuously refine and enhance the product.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed about product progress, changes, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure effective product launches and ongoing support.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure product success against these metrics.
  • Analyze data, user behavior, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future product iterations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product development process, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Drive alignment among different teams and departments to ensure successful product delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; master's preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, contributing to the development and launch of successful products.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence both internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and proficiency in project management tools.
  • Ability to balance technical requirements with user needs, ensuring the product's functionality and usability.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving market conditions.
