Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Check guests in and out, handle room assignments, and maintain accurate records of guest information.
  • Cash Handling: Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain open communication with guests and hotel staff.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances, including unexpected guest requests or issues.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services, as well as local attractions and amenities.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certification and any other certifications required by M&R Hotel Management.
