Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Youth and Family Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will work with individuals, adolescents, adults, and families to provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities and create treatment plans to address their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments to identify client needs and strengths
  • Create treatment plans and make referrals to internal and external programs as needed
  • Provide care using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
  • Maintain clinical standards and compliance with agency and state guidelines
  • Participate in meetings and supervision to ensure high-quality care
  • Complete clinical documentation including diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other providers to coordinate care and maximize client outcomes
