Training and Development

We are committed to your professional growth, offering paid training in experiential play therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, functional family therapy, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. You will also receive paid CEUs for continuous development.

Compensation and Benefits

Responsibilities

As a mental health therapist, you will conduct assessments to identify client needs, develop treatment plans, make referrals to internal and external programs, maintain clinical standards, participate in team meetings and supervision, complete documentation, and collaborate with colleagues to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.
