**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at McPherson. As an ER Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient conditions, monitoring vital signs, and implementing appropriate care plans.
  • Document patient information, concerns, and findings to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain current knowledge of emergency and trauma care procedures, as well as facility policies and state and federal laws.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Current RN license in the state of Kansas and hospital experience in ER required.
  • Education repayment loan may be possible.
