Job Title:

Hours:
Full-time Nights (7p-7a)

Job Requirements Include:
Work in a fast-paced Emergency Department/Trauma Care environment, utilizing strong assessment and critical thinking skills to provide high-quality patient care.
Document concerns, findings, and actions, implementing appropriate plans of care related to patient's diagnosis for continuity of care.
Continuously assess patient's condition, monitoring changes in status, physical findings, vital signs, and coping skills, ensuring appropriate care is given related to patient needs.
Maintain a current knowledge of care and procedures for the emergency and trauma patient, including an understanding of facility policies, and state and federal laws to provide optimal care for the patient.
Requirements include:
• Current RN license in the state of Kansas
• Hospital experience in ER required
• Education repayment loan may be possible

Key Qualifications:
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Current knowledge of emergency and trauma care procedures
