In collaboration with the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, we deliver evidence-based behavioral health care for individuals at all stages of recovery. Our facilities serve as teaching clinics, offering numerous training opportunities for residents, medical students, and other healthcare trainees. The Department of Psychiatry also features a Clinician Educator Faculty Development Program and actively seeks physicians dedicated to advancing our diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Faculty appointments at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine will be aligned with the candidate's experience.
Our Telepsychiatry Division is expanding, and we currently have part-time and casual telepsychiatry positions available for our outpatient mental health clinics. Priority will be given to applicants with active licensure in their home state and Pennsylvania.
We also offer J-1 positions at our affiliated hospitals.
Minimum educational qualifications include an MD or DO degree and completion of a psychiatry residency.
