Position Overview:

The Warehouse Operations Associate (WOA) is a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Responsibilities include efficiently sorting products using warehouse equipment, identifying and removing defective items, keeping the production area clean and organized, assisting with loading and unloading operations, and following safety protocols and regulatory guidelines. Candidates should possess strong time-management and multitasking abilities, along with comprehensive product knowledge for accurate classification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently unload donations from multiple delivery vehicles daily.
  • Produce bales throughout the workday.
  • Assist in maintaining warehouse inventory and organization to optimize overall operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with customer service representatives, leadership, and donors in a team-oriented setting.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach in all activities to ensure organizational needs are met.
  • Perform job duties with accuracy to ensure correct information and products are delivered to other personnel and departments.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures, as well as all guidelines outlined in the employee handbook, to promote a safe work environment.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to ten hours a day.
  • Capability to lift heavy items.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Physical stamina to remain on one's feet for long durations.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time and Part-Time

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
