Role of the Registered Nurse
As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our patients and residents on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee patient care by conducting nursing assessments and working closely with the nursing team, other healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to formulate effective care plans.
- Set realistic and measurable short and long-term patient objectives, implementing interventions as necessary to reduce rehospitalizations and continuously evaluate outcomes.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by physician orders.
- Delegate patient care tasks to staff and supervise their execution to ensure adherence to established protocols.
- Communicate pertinent patient information with assigned staff and facilitate information transfer between shifts.

Qualifications
Requirements: A graduate of an accredited nursing program is essential, along with a current license from the State Board of Nursing. CPR Certification is required, and one to three years of experience in a related nursing role is preferred.
