We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at The Turn House in Columbia, MD. As a Master Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences by crafting craft cocktails according to our recipes.

About the Role:
  • As a key member of our hospitality team, you will provide friendly and outgoing service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our establishment.
  • You will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in various categories of liquor, and the ability to discuss flavor profiles with guests.
  • The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker who is sales-oriented, organized, and efficient, taking pride in their work ethic and dedication to their team.
Responsibilities:
  • Crafting craft cocktails according to our recipes
  • Providing exceptional guest service, including cash handling, accurate order taking, and making great recommendations for food and drinks
  • Reseting the bar and performing light cleaning and organization tasks
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years old
  • Previous experience as a bartender
  • Commitment to at least 3 shifts/week, with full weekend availability preferred
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our company.
