About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Kaleidoscope Education Solutions. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students in a school-based setting, providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and provide necessary services to help students achieve their Individual Education Programs (IEP) goals with excellence.
  • Assist in screenings/evaluations and provide appropriate goals for students.
  • Consult with teachers and other classroom staff as needed.
  • Maintain appropriate records and documentation.
  • Attend meetings to ensure student success through stakeholder collaboration.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist Michigan State License.
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a school-based setting or other work with children (preferred).
  • Experience supporting children with articulation/phonology, auditory processing challenges, and/or learning disabilities.
