Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate pharmacy operations, including supervising pharmacy technicians and cashiers.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement processes to improve pharmacy workflow and customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to achieve business objectives and improve pharmacy performance.
- Lead and develop pharmacy technicians, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Communicate effectively with pharmacy team members, customers, and external partners.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; PTCB or ExCPT certification preferred.
- At least one year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous people management or leadership experience.
- Previous work experience with Walgreens.
Walgreens offers a competitive salary range of $22.50 per hour - $31.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
