About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Day Treatment Primary Therapist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team at Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with adolescents and adults in PHP and IOP levels of care, providing individual, group, and family therapy.

Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support clients in their recovery journey
  • Serve as a liaison with families and outpatient providers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management to ensure timely access to services
  • Participate in discharge and aftercare planning to ensure a smooth transition to the next level of care
  • Provide therapeutic meal support and model a healthy relationship with food to promote positive coping mechanisms
  • Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care to each client, acknowledging their unique circumstances and intersecting identities
Requirements
  • Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related discipline
  • State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
  • Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices to ensure culturally sensitive care
