Associated Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and social interaction to help clients feel connected and engaged.
- Assist with medication reminders and communication with healthcare providers.
- Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the care team.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and TB test.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
