Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Compliance Assurance & Investigations to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing a comprehensive compliance program that enhances and protects our organizational value.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Program Development: Develop and execute the Compliance Audit and Investigations programs, focusing on high-quality, risk-based audit services to drive business growth.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Enhance and manage audit, monitoring, and data analytics to provide insights and reporting, informing senior leadership decisions and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Team Development: Supervise and mentor a high-performing team of auditors and investigators, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement to drive business success.
  • Risk Management: Conduct ongoing risk assessments, manage risk mitigation plans, and report findings to senior leadership, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key business and compliance stakeholders, providing guidance and advice on compliance matters to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Investigation Support: Lead and support investigations, developing recommendations, and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution to address compliance concerns.
  • Technology Integration: Oversee the deployment of compliance monitoring tools, including data dashboards and predictive analytics, aligning insights with compliance and business objectives to drive business growth.

About You:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (MBA, MS, or JD preferred) with a strong focus on business and regulatory affairs.
  • Experience: 10+ years in Compliance, Legal, or Internal Audit, preferably in medical devices, pharma, or life sciences, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Certifications (Preferred): CHC, CCEP, CFE, CIA, or similar certifications demonstrating expertise in regulatory compliance.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards, including OIG, AdvaMed, AKS, and transparency requirements.
  • Skills: Exceptional influencing, communication, and presentation skills, high EQ, client-focused, and demonstrated process-orientation.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
