Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Patient Care: Deliver exceptional patient care, improving the quality of life for individuals with ESRD.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Manage Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, enhancing patient outcomes and care delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • License and Certification: Registered Nurse License in the state of practice and current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Experience: Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Salary and Benefits

$44.45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
