Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Patient Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting and promoting health, preventing illness and injury, and alleviating suffering through nursing diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic care and advocate for patients and families served
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Identify high-risk patients and initiate interventions to ensure optimal care
- Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and nursing practice
- Act as a clinical resource and mentor for staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Current CA RN license
- BLS certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Provider certification within six months of hire/transfer
- Preferred: BSN, MSN, or currently enrolled in RN-BSN program
