Key Responsibilities- Install and maintain Packsize equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels of parts and supplies to ensure timely delivery of service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with Packsize equipment and services.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Packsize equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Packsize remains a leader in packaging solutions.
- Proven experience in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong knowledge of packaging solutions and equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
