About the Role

Skechers U.S.A. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Act as a product expert, providing knowledge and guidance to customers on Skechers products.
  • Ensure floor inventory is well maintained, merchandising, stocking, and cleaning to create a premier shopping experience.
  • Efficiently process customer transactions, discounts, and returns, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Skechers product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • Previous retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
