Retail Sales Associate Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Tailored Brands Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers, build relationships, and provide world-class service
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently demonstrating benchmark selling techniques
  • Participate in team selling, contribute to achieving store sales volume and metrics goals
  • Assist with visual merchandising, set up, and other store-related projects
  • Handle cash register transactions and maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend, squat, and twist
  • Lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to new programs, and maintain a positive attitude
