Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Front Desk/Concierge to join our team at The Bridges At Warwick. As a Front Desk/Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and assist residents and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and vendors.
- Communication: Handle and direct incoming phone calls, and inform residents or staff of the arrival of guests, packages, and deliveries.
- Assistance: Accommodate residents' requests for assistance, referring to other staff as necessary.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Certifications: CPR certified.
- Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Competitive Pay: Competitive hourly rate.
- Benefits: Excellent benefits package, including health insurance starting at $50 per month for full-time associates.
