Key Responsibilities
Accountable for propelling growth and success in relation to business intelligence.

Directs designated personnel towards the fulfillment of MTN's mission and objectives, encompassing staff selection, training, development, coaching, performance evaluations, and recognition, as well as promotional and disciplinary actions in line with established policies.

Oversees the Business Intelligence team in the development, collection, and presentation of data essential for operational needs.
Tasked with advancing the organization in conjunction with the strategic plan and vision.
Establishes and monitors industry-leading practices within the Business Intelligence team to guarantee data integrity.

Collaboration with Stakeholders
Engages with organizational stakeholders to:
- Analyze and define data requirements essential for supporting business processes.
- Integrate data necessities throughout the data ecosystem.
- Formulate enhancement solutions for business operations.

Promotes data usability strategies

Monitors data and information regarding departmental operations and overall organizational performance.
Enhances the organization's comprehension and utilization of data in processes, performance tracking, and analysis.
In partnership with leadership, initiates reviews of organizational performance and provides recommendations for excellence.


Ensures that staff focused on business intelligence system design acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of applications, the data model, and its correlation to various business processes.

Fosters and sustains positive professional relationships with MTN leadership, staff, and external stakeholders.
Regularly evaluates and analyzes best practices for leveraging business intelligence to improve operations and drive advancements.
Qualifications
Educational Background and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
- Over 6 years of advanced experience with BI analytics solutions.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience with professional staff is required.
- Basic understanding of CFR 21 Part 11 compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead a team, coordinate internal and external resources, and achieve measurable outcomes against objectives.
- Detail-oriented, organized, with excellent tracking/reporting skills, and effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational, problem analysis, and decision-making skills. Demonstrated capability to motivate peers and foster cooperation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with MTN motor vehicle policy. Reliable personal automobile transportation is necessary for company reimbursement using IRS guidelines. Must be able to travel within the service area by ground or air.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and transfer short distances.
- Capability to operate telephones, computers, and office equipment.
- Ability to communicate clearly to convey information accurately in person or by phone.
- OSHA Category III - No exposure to bloodborne pathogens while performing assigned job duties.
