Job Title: Regional Manager of Nursing

Element Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager of Nursing to lead our nursing teams in the North Shore and Gloucester regions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality patient care and operational excellence in our designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the performance of nursing departments in designated regions.
  • Develop and implement operational and tactical nursing plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide expert knowledge in nursing operations and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
  • Recruit, develop, and motivate staff to achieve exceptional patient care and outcomes.
  • Manage budgets and control expenses while meeting operational, financial, and service requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve established goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Current Massachusetts licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare, elder care, or insurance industry.
  • 1-3 years of management experience.
  • Ability to drive changes and demonstrate a results-driven approach.
  • Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Covid vaccine required.
