Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Psychiatric Nurse to join our team at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including:

  • Experienced Nurse Sign on Bonus up to $20,000 for select departments
  • Relocation Assistance up to $7,000 per policy with a 12 month agreement for select departments
  • Stay Premium Program- based on years of Mercy service
  • Education Assistance Up to $20,000 Loan Forgiveness for new grad nurses
  • Tuition Reimbursement $2,000 per year

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care
  2. Maintaining professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients
  3. Evaluating the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers
  4. Coordinating the patient care in conjunction with other departments
  5. Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality of patient information
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
  • Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
  • Completes Hospital and required nursing competencies, mandatory in-services/MyEducation assignments and relevant certifications (ex. BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.)
