Clinical Nurse Specialist for Adult Psychiatric Care

We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team of professionals who share a passion for healing and serving others. In this role, you'll utilize your expertise to provide individualized care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to the development of innovative nursing practices.
**Salary:** The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Job:
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that fosters growth and professional development. You'll be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement evidence-based care plans
- Mentoring and educating colleagues on best practices and new technologies
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Certifications: Completes Hospital and required nursing competencies, mandatory in-services/MyEducation assignments and relevant certifications (ex. BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.) within required time frame
