Position Overview

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is looking for dedicated individuals to fill the role of part-time sub-assembly workers within our production facility.

Work Schedule: 7am to 12pm

Understanding N.E.A.T.

N.E.A.T. stands for New Employee Acquisition Training. If you are new to mobile home manufacturing, we will guide you through the process. Initially, you will engage in less demanding tasks while you acclimate to our environment. This approach allows us to assess your work ethic and skills before placing you in a suitable role on our production line.
