Medical Laboratory Specialist

As a Medical Laboratory Specialist with the Central California Army Recruiting Battalion, you will play a critical role in the healthcare team, conducting laboratory tests and analyzing results to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests on blood, urine, and other bodily fluids to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions.
- Operate and maintain state-of-the-art laboratory equipment with precision and accuracy.
- Analyze test results and collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards to maintain a sterile and secure laboratory environment.
- Stay abreast of advancements in medical technology and laboratory techniques to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- High School diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology preferred).
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Specialist (68K) or equivalent civilian credential.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in laboratory procedures and techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
