- Ensure adherence to dealership policies, procedures, and industry standards, upholding high levels of safety, quality, and customer service.
- Manage the scheduling and distribution of service appointments, ensuring optimal resource utilization and timely service delivery.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally, aiming to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, training, and coaching sessions to foster the professional development of service department staff.
- Mentor and develop service department personnel.
- Establish departmental goals and objectives, including an annual operating budget and a marketing strategy to attract new business.
- Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by addressing customer complaints swiftly and effectively.
