Food Scientist

Golden State Foods is seeking a highly skilled Food Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for developing new products, improving existing ones, and ensuring that all products meet the highest quality and safety standards.

• Develop and implement new product formulations and processes to meet customer needs and company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all products meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct sensory evaluations and analytical testing to ensure that products meet customer expectations and company standards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, process instructions, and quality control procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff and other stakeholders as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food product development, food safety, and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP and GMP.
