Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to our clients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to adolescents, and their families. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, as well as a strong understanding of child development and mental health principles.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to children and adolescents
  • Assess and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices
  • Meet with clients individually or as a couple or family to assess their emotional and psychological needs and develop a treatment plan
Qualifications
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or Licensed Therapist (LPC or LCSW or LMFT or LPC-MH)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a specialty area such as play therapy or trauma
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
