About the Position

COATING RESOURCES INC is seeking a skilled Coatings Sales Representative to join our team in the North Dakota territory. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to clients in your designated area.

Responsibilities
  • Attending training programs to become an expert in high-performance coatings
  • Working independently to generate leads and track projects from conception to completion
  • Traveling within the territory to support projects and sales efforts
  • Providing technical product support on active construction sites
  • Building relationships with new and current accounts through in-person meetings and phone calls
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-4 years of outside sales or construction-related services experience (sales/business development experience not required)
  • Candidates with experience in industrial coatings will be strongly considered
Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a home office stipend and flexible work-from-home options.
