Job Summary

VISTA Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in Las Cruces, New Mexico. As a CRNA, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously in a diverse range of cases, providing top-notch anesthesia care to patients of all ages and conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide preoperative assessments, anesthesia administration, and post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) management
  • Perform regional anesthesia techniques and vascular access procedures
  • Work independently with full responsibilities, including on-site duty and second on-call duty
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $280,000 - $320,000 annually
  • Generous benefits package, including 7 weeks of paid time off per year
  • Sign-on/relocation bonus: $40,000 (2-year commitment), $20,000 (1-year commitment)
  • Annual bonus potential: $8,000 (paid quarterly)
  • Additional compensation: paid standby call ($200 per night plus an hourly rate of $150 for callback hours)
