Position Overview:
The Registered Nurse will evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and document nursing care plans. Responsibilities include assisting physicians during examinations and procedures, conducting various patient tests, and administering medications within the registered nurse's scope of practice. The RN will also promote patient independence by setting care goals and educating patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care techniques. This role relies on experience and judgment to achieve established goals.
