Job Title: Outpatient Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the delivery of safe and effective hemodialysis therapy.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current appropriate state licensure.
  • Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
  • Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred).
  • Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience (preferred).
