Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct venipuncture and gather blood samples from patients
- Prepare and manage blood specimens for laboratory analysis
- Ensure accurate labeling and organization of samples for transport
- Adhere to stringent protocols and execute phlebotomy techniques with precision
- Maintain a tidy and efficient work environment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to guarantee timely and accurate specimen collection

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with rotating Saturdays (1/2 day every 4-6 weeks) and flexibility required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Phlebotomy certification is mandatory
- Demonstrated experience as a Phlebotomist
- Thorough understanding of venipuncture methods
- Attention to detail and proficiency in accurate specimen labeling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Familiarity with medical terminology and laboratory protocols
Must be willing to travel to various locations as needed and have reliable transportation. Availability for evening and weekend shifts may be required.
