Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist to join our team at Phoenix Children's Hospital. As a key member of our Pediatric Stem Cell Transplantation Program, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, conducting research, and teaching medical students and residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care services on an inpatient and outpatient basis, including subspecialty consultations and follow-up.
  • Conduct research in a field relevant to stem cell transplantation and develop a clinical, translational, and/or laboratory research program.
  • Teach medical students, residents, and fellows in the areas of pediatric hematology/oncology and stem cell transplantation.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of divisional goals and objectives, including patient safety and quality of care standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners to advance the mission and vision of Phoenix Children's Hospital.
Requirements
  • Board certification in Pediatrics and Pediatric Hematology/Oncology subspecialty.
  • Additional training or experience in stem cell transplantation.
  • Strong interest in mentoring and program development.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
