Qualifications & Experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in the hospitality industry or a related field.
  • Attention to detail is essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members, both verbally and in writing.
  • Clear communication of information and ideas is necessary.
  • Quick and accurate evaluation of alternative courses of action is required.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with guests and colleagues in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain consistent attendance in accordance with Avion Hospitality standards, adapting to the hotel's scheduling needs.
  • Uphold high standards of personal grooming and appearance, including wearing the designated uniform and name tag.
  • Adhere to Avion Hospitality policies and procedures to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Thoroughly clean and restock the designated number of guest rooms during each shift.
  • Complete all pre-cleaning tasks, including preparing the housekeeping cart with necessary supplies.
  • Remove all waste and soiled linens from guest accommodations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
  • May involve disassembling furniture or items in guest rooms for deep cleaning purposes.
  • Deep cleaning responsibilities may include changing air conditioning filters, cleaning AC coils, touching up paint on walls and moldings, repairing scratched furniture, or re-hanging sliding doors.
