Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team at One Step GPS. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service, processing new orders, managing subscriptions, and handling a constant stream of sales calls, chats, and emails. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possess a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include paid holidays, paid time off, 401K employer matching, and high employee retention, appreciation, and satisfaction.

As a Sales Assistant, you will work under the Director of Sales to ensure customers receive speedy responses to their inquiries. You will provide live demos, handle billing questions, discuss software integrations, take challenging phone calls, and engage in straightforward sales calls, chats, and emails.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Process new orders, manage subscriptions, and handle sales calls
  • Assist the Director of Sales in responding to customer inquiries
  • Develop technical prowess by assisting the customer support team
  • Suggest UI improvements, document requirements for updates, and test new versions
