This role involves significant contributions to Research and Development, focusing on the creation and formulation of advanced products for paper barrier coatings. The ideal candidate will explore innovative methods to enhance paper's resistance to moisture, oil, grease, and oxygen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hands-on research to develop and refine formulations.
- Transition formulations from the lab to production scale.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in paper barrier coatings.
- A proven track record of independently developing formulations.
- Expertise in assessing resistance to moisture, oil, grease, and oxygen.
- Confidence in laboratory settings and strong organizational skills to manage diverse responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
