Position Overview:
As a CT Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of computed tomography scans, ensuring high-quality imaging for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting CT scans and starting IVs as required.
  • Utilizing advanced imaging equipment, specifically Client technology.
  • Adhering to established protocols for all types of general CT procedures.

Equipment Utilization:
The department is equipped with state-of-the-art Client technology, including EPIC, McKesson, and PACS systems.

Qualifications:
  • Previous travel experience in a clinical setting.
  • Experience in Level 1 trauma environments.
  • Familiarity with Client equipment is preferred.

Licensure and Certifications:
Applicants must possess RRT (CT) certification and IEMA BLS certification.

Work Environment:
The role requires the ability to work with minimal supervision in a moderately staffed environment, necessitating independent thinking and problem-solving skills during scanning procedures.

Facility Information:
The medical center features 640 beds and operates 5 CT scanners, providing a dynamic work environment.

Dress Code:
Standard scrubs are required.

Training and Orientation:
New hires will undergo orientation specific to the Radiology department, including training on CT scanners and workflow protocols.
