Clinical Operations Manager

This is a full-time position working night shifts (7pm-7:30am) with rotating weekends. As a Medical Surgical Float Pool nurse, you will be responsible for caring for patients in various clinical settings, including medical, surgical, and emergency departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information.
- You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- You will participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives, to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided.
- 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
